🚗 1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Customers will receive a confirmation message with trip details once the booking is successful.

💳 2. Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip.
Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

❌ 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip: Eligible for partial/full refund (as per agreement).
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: Partial refund may apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

⏰ 4. Time & Usage Policy
The rental period starts from the scheduled pickup time.
Delays caused by the customer may lead to additional charges.
Extra usage beyond the agreed time or distance will be charged accordingly.

🛣️ 5. Driver & Travel Rules
Drivers will follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
Customers are requested to cooperate with the driver for a smooth journey.
Misbehavior or illegal activities during the trip will lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

🔧 6. Vehicle Responsibility
The company ensures all vehicles are in good condition before the trip.
Any damage caused due to customer negligence may be chargeable.
In case of unforeseen breakdowns, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.

🌦️ 7. Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or government restrictions.
However, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions.

🧾 8. Pricing & Changes
Prices may vary depending on fuel rates, season, and availability.
The company reserves the right to update pricing or policies without prior notice.
